Required Student Waiver

Every student attending must have their parent/guardian sign PERMISSION FOR ONLINE LEARNING AND ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION & PERMISSION TO USE IMAGES AND RECORDINGS OF YOUR CHILD AND THEIR WORK AT THE VIRTUAL VIKINGS INVITATIONAL in order to attend the Vikings Invitational. By registering to attend the tournament, coaches agree that they are responsible for overseeing the completion of this requirement and understand that they will be contacted for any missing waivers. 

After ALL waivers from a school are completed, coaches must submit waivers via the Form Submission Portal. Please make sure to collapse all waivers from your school into ONE PDF. Please do not email the waivers to us either. If you have any questions regarding the waivers, feel free to email debate@ihsvikings.org.
