Policy Debate - The 2015-2016 Policy Debate Topic is "Resolved: The United States federal government should substantially curtail its domestic surveillance."
Lincoln Douglas Debate: The November-December 2015 Lincoln Douglas Debate Topic is "Resolved: In the United States criminal justice system, jury nullification ought to be used in the face of perceived injustice."
Public Forum Debate: The December 2015 Public Forum Debate Topic is "Resolved: On balance, standardized testing is beneficial to K-12 education in the United States."
Congressional Debate: The Congressional Houses will use the PCFL Legislation packet as well as all additional legislation emailed to ShayR@lschs.org by December 1st. Each school may submit up to 2 pieces of legislation for debate.
