Hello,

This is an online tournament meant to give your debaters a chance to give their NCFL cases a test run. There will be 4 rounds of PF, 4 rounds of LD, and 2 rounds of CX. Since this is meant to be practice for NCFLs, we discourage teams who are not competing in Chicago, but we will not deny registration, per se. However, all registrants must meet the following guidelines:

1) All debaters must be registered by an adult (coach, parent, or legal guardian), an adult must be the contact linked to the registration, and an adult must sign and submit this linked Affadavit of Responsibility asserting that they will be immediately available to the debaters, and to the tournament in case issues arise.

2) Team debaters must be from the same educational institution.

3) Registration fees, and hired judge fees must be paid (or evidence that payment will be happening must be provided) before the start of the tournament. Checks should be made payable to PCFL, and sent to PCFL, c/o Kate Sundeen, 720 S Bancroft St, Philadelphia, PA. 19146.

In addition, all participants (debaters and judges) must sign and submit the linked Online Competition Code of Conduct.
