Event Description:
Poetry Interp or Original - In this event, students will interpret a poem written by another person or perform an original poem that they wrote. Judges should rank students for their performance.
Speeches are a maximum ten minutes in length with a thirty second grace period. There is no minimum. Any competitor in Poetry Interp or Original going over 10:31 may NOT be ranked 1st in the round. You, the judge, may determine the penalty for going over time.
