Welcome to the MSCI Novice State Tournament!

We are currently running the tournament with two prelim rounds and a final.  

The Impromptu theme is "Failure" - "What have you learned from failure?"

We will not utilize "Tech Checks", but we will establish protocols during the general meeting to deal with technical issues.
