WS Motion for April

This prepared motion will be used for BOTH APRIL MS TOURNAMENTS:

This House supports expanding the size of the US Supreme Court. 

**Students should be prepared to debate both Proposition and Opposition. 

Students will ALSO debate 2 impromptu motions at both tournaments.
