Additional Notes

Congress - Items 1-8 for Prelims, 9-14 for semis and 15-20 for Finals. 

We will attempt to panel semis for state qualifying events. This may not be possible. 

There will be no postings in common areas. Please make sure that you check tabroom for postings. We will still utilize paper ballots if needed. These will be made available in the library once input and copied. 

We will NOT break brackets in debate. 

The Sept-Oct NSDA resolution will be used in PF and in LD (including novice).
