In Round 4, political cartoons will replace conventional questions. Contestants will be instructed to compose their own question based on the cartoon, then answer it. Contestants are not asked to analyze or react to the cartoon--just to use it (or any part of it) as an inspiration for a question that is answerable in a 7 minute speech.
