PF and LD will use the November/December 2024 topics. CX will use the 2024-25 NFHS High School Policy Debate topic. No novice topics will be used.

PF: Resolved: The United States should substantially reduce its military support of Taiwan.

LD: Resolved: The United States ought to adopt a wealth tax.

CX: Resolved: The United States federal government should significantly strengthen its protection of domestic intellectual property rights in copyrights, patents, and/or trademarks.

WSD:

R1 and R2 This House would implement a living wage.

R3 Impromptu

Semifinals This House prefers conditional foreign aid to unconditional foreign aid.

Finals Impromptu **updated 11/7

We will use 30 minutes of prep for WSD, 5 minute constructives, and 3 minute replies (at the advice of George Tennison).
