PRE-TOURNAMENT INFORMATION FOR COACHES: (some info may still be helpful but this was written for coaches)
1. CBSR School Fees
This is the last CBSR tournament before the December 1st fees deadline! Please make sure that you have turned in your CBSR fees to Dave Chamberlain to ensure that your school remains a CBSR member school.

2. Entries
Entries must be submitted to Tabroom by Wednesday, Novermber 11 at 11:59 PM. Any entries after that must be emailed to me for approval. It is requested that entries and judges be submitted ASAP so that the host school can get an accurate headcount and plan accordingly.

3. Judges
PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOUR JUDGE COUNT IS CORRECT. If you don't have enough judges to cover your entries, you must drop students. Fractions round up.
Judge obligations:
1 judge => per 2 entries in LD or fraction thereof
1 judge => Per 6 entries in IE or fraction thereof

Example:
10 LD entries and 6 IE entries = 6 total judges, 5 LD and 1 speech
5 LD entries and 3 IE entries = 4 total judges, 3 LD and 1 Speech
3 LD entries and 34 IE entries = 8 total judges 2 LD and 6 Speech

Furthermore, please mark any first-year out judges or neutral judges. I am hoping that knowing who is neutral ahead of time will speed up the judge placement process in final rounds. Additionally, the students would greatly appreciate it if your judges had a paradigm detailing their preferences for judging debate. :)
