International Extemp Qualifier tournament
District Tournament International ExtempThe SC District tournament qualifier for International Extemp (IX) will be held at the JL Mann tournament.
Contestants will be allowed to enter district IX and one JL Mann SPEECH event.
The District tournament IX must be registered in the SC district tournament tabroom registration at this site.
All JL Mann events are registered in the JL Mann tabroom set up.
