Waiver Process

Applicants seeking a waiver for the 2025 ACTAA State Championship should complete the form attached here.

Waiver applications are evaluated on a case-by-case basis by the ACTAA State Tournament Committee. Notification of waiver approval or denial will be made within 48 hours of waiver submission.

Waiver applications are due no later than close of registration on April 25, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. Any waivers submitted after that point will not be considered unless extreme or extenuating circumstances apply (unforeseen/emergent illness or emergency).
