I keep detailed notes throughout the roundI track arguments, evidence and context closely and favor debaters who have a strong base on which their framework is built. I also look for robust attack and pay close attention to rebuttal/rebuild. Voters are important as a signal of what the debater thinks is important (which may or may not agree with what I think is important).
