I write down the key arguments throughout the roundTraditional style of debate. You can go fast but you need to enunciate your words so I can keep up. If I can't you're getting docked. V+C is a must. I prefer to see what world I would prefer to live in. Neg or Aff world looks like this and is better because x, y, z.
