Additional remarks:
I am old and have a slight hearing loss but clear quick delivery is ok. I need the doc preferred speechdrop.
I do no vote on T normally. If the case is topical run it and I could be persuaded but still needs to win the flow. IF the case is topical, I most likely will not vote on T. I miss little blippy stuff and I hesitate to vote on it if the aff seems topical on face.
