Additional remarks:

In policy debate, I like to see that debaters give solid and informed reasons why their plan of action is best.

In general, I am open to hearing about disadvantages, counterplans that are theoretically better than the affirmative's proposed plan, kritiks and will enjoy conversations about topicality.

Please reinforce and build up your arguments while responding to the arguments presented by the other side thoughtfully and with supported evidence.

Remember that you do not have to cite the full citation during the debate, but the opposing team has the right to see the quote with the full citation.

In making my final decision, I will consider the arguments that are extended throughout the debate and made to be significant by the teams all the way through to the conclusion of the round.

I will look @ which presenter used better logic and reasoning to explain their arguments; whether one side did a better job @ backing up their claims with solid examples from credible experts.  Ultimately, based on the arguments, is the world a better place on the affirmative or negative side of the topic.
