Event Description:
Students must craft and deliver a speech about current international events. At the beginning of the event, students are given 3 topics. They choose one, and they have 30 minutes to prepare their speech. Their speech should be 7 minutes. Students may access the research they have brought with them to the tournament. The speech should be mostly memorized. They also may access the internet during the preparation period, but they cannot chat with outside people or consult AI technology to prepare their speech.
