Radio Commentary

Event Description:

Choosing a current event, students prepare and deliver a speech between 2 min. 45 sec. and 3 min. 15 sec. analyzing their chosen event. Judges cannot see the student, and the speech is expected to be told in the style of a radio report, featuring advertisements and a station name.
