Event Description:
Impromptu—(IMP). In this event, the student draws three topics and gets five minutes to prepare an extemporaneous speech. No notes are allowed. Content: the speech should be clearly organized and responsive to the topic drawn. Delivery: The speaker should be relatively fluent, have good eye contact, and have appropriate gestures.
