Event Description:

Big Questions is a debate format supported by a grant from the John Templeton Foundation. High school and middle school students will grapple with complex worldview questions as they debate both sides of the 2018-2019 resolution,

Resolved: Humans are primarily driven by self-interest.

~Debate entries may be either solo or teams.

~No fee for competing. The John Templeton Foundation grant will pay us $400 for the first 15 students, and since our event has two or more schools competing, each additional student will earn our program $20.

~Big Questions plaques for the Champion, Runner-up, and Semifinalist entries.
