Event Description:

This division is for first and second year students only, and will only compete on Saturday. It will have a mix of experienced and inexperienced judges.

We will use the 8-3-5 format, and will debate the 2023-2024 Policy debate resolution.

We will recognize the top 8 teams and the top 8 speakers, as well as any 4-1 teams not in the top 8. The first two rounds will be preset, with the remainder delay power-matched.
