Event Description:
This event is designed for Debate classes for kids who are just starting Extemp speaking. It will be open only to SD schools who have Extemp speeches ready to go. The speaker will be evaluated on structure of the speech and content. There will be very little comments on delivery. Judges should not weigh decision on presentation.
