The Novice division is intended for debaters in their first year of debate (or with limited previous debate experience). The Novice division is evidence-restricted. The Content Creation Aff/ Neg Case Packet is the only evidence that is allowed to be read. Cutting cards from outside evidence is not permitted at this tournament.
