Affirmative goes first, negative goes second.
Four minute constructive speeches from each team, followed by a three minute cross examination between the first two speakers.
Four minute rebuttal speeches from each team, followed by a three minute cross examination between the second two speakers.
Three minute closing speech from each team.
Topics will be announced before the round.
