Parking: There is ample parking in the lot 

Lunch: Lunch will be provided for all volunteers. Please reply with any need for vegetarian, gluten, dairy or other allergen needs. Thank you!

Arrival: Please plan to arrive in time for a short day of orientation at 7:45 AM.  Volunteer check-in will begin at 7:45 a.m. and orientation to begin promptly at 8:00 a.m. Trials will begin at 8:30 AM. See the sample schedule below.

8:00 – 8:25 a.m. Volunteer Orientation - Time Keepers, Officials, Judges

8:30 – 10:30  a.m. First  Round/Trial

10:45 a.m. - 12:45 p.m. Second  Round/Trial

12:45 p.m. Volunteer Lunch Begins 

1:30 – 1:55 p.m. Afternoon Volunteer Orientation

    Time Keepers, Officials, Scoring and Presiding Judges  

2:00 – 4:00 p.m. Third  Round/Trial
