Debate topic will be Resolved: The benefits of the United States federal government’s use of

offensive cyber operations outweigh the harms.

Please register your teams as Team A, experienced, novice/experienced, or novice.

Please ask your students to print their speeches because as U32 guests we do not have access to the library nor to printers.
