Official Registration: Email entry forms to swoods@rcps.us no later than 4:00 pm on Friday, Feb. 12th. The form can be found on the forensics page of the VHSL website http://www.vhsl.org

Schedule: VHSL recommends that students compete at their respective schools on the day of the tournament to secure best internet connection.

The deadline for registration is Friday, Feb. 12th by 4 pm

Name changes (and partner switches) may be made up until Wednesday, Feb. 17th by 5:30 p.m.

The schedule for Saturday, Feb. 20th is as follows: Onsite Registration starts at 7:00 a.m. (Please be checked in before the first round.)

First round: 10:00 a.m. (Extemp prep starts at 9:30 a.m.)

Second round: 11:30 (Extemp prep starts at 11:00)

Third round: 1:30 (Extemp prep starts at 1:00)

Results will be sent out to coaches as soon as the last ballots are in. (This is anywhere from 90 minutes to two hours after the start of the last round.)

Judges: Judges will need to be trained on conducting a virtual competition prior to the tournament. (More information to follow) As of now, each school should plan on providing two judges. Please include names of judges on your entry form. Coaches will only be used to judge categories in which they have no participants.
