Novice CX Scaffolding - UPDATED 10/19

All students in the Novice Division of CX Debate must limit their teams argumentation to the NSDA Novice Evidence Packet.  It is available for download via Dropbox and Google Drive.

We will start allow NCX entry to run Kritiks [EXCLUDING THE WETLAND K AFF], from the novice packet, in the Austin area with our tournament. If you are entering from out of area please let us know if you have any issues with this addendum. We will be sending out a spreadsheet for novice policy folks to share caselists as we get closer to maximize their comfort.
