7:00-7:50AM Student Lunch Pre-orders Line (Colonnade); cash only this year, then wait in Cafeteria until 7:50AM
7:25-7:50AM BQ Judge Training in Room 106; Ballot Distribution
7:50AM Students & Adults (after checking for ballots) head to Multi-Purpose Room (MPR)

BQ Round 1 (BQ Prelims will be predominantly upstairs on the left)

Courtesy Rule: No competitor should ever enter a classroom before a judge is present, or while another competitor is speaking. Entering a classroom without a judge is grounds for disqualification.

11:45AM BQ Round 3 - SURVEY Required of all Judges, Competitors, Observers

 Congress Prelim Session 1

11:45-2:15PM Congress Prelim Session 2
2:30-3:30PM Congress on a break while we tabulate several chambers to determine who advances to finals; we can't announce until all chambers are ended and all judges have turned in their ballots. Your patience is appreciated.
~ 3:30PM  Congress Finals Sessions: HS House in Theatre, HS Senate in Library, Middle School in 102.  We will observe a 6:15PM hard stop close of session.
6:15-7:30PM Watch Big Questions Finals (HS on Stage; MS in Room 108).  Your patience is appreciated while we tabulate 3 Congress Finals Chambers (House, Senate, MS) and 2 BQ Finals (HS & MS) in order to determine awards at the Awards Ceremony.

Food

SPA will have food on sale for your students, so there is no reason to go hunting and gathering off campus. Students need to pre-order Saturday morning before the Welcome Ceremony.
