Registration ends: 7:45 a.m.

Opening meeting: 7:45 a.m.

Extemp/Comm to prep room: :7:45 a.m. 

Round I: 8:00-9:00

Round II: 9:00-9:45

Round III: 10:00-11:00

BREAK: 11:00-12:00

Extemp to prep room – 12:00

Round IV (speech final): 12:00-1:00

A fifth round may be added in debate if time permits.

Awards Ceremony: 3:00 p.m.

Congress: 

Session 1 – 8:00-11:00

Session 2 – 11:45-2:00
