Welcome to the 2nd Annual Waco Winter UIL Invitational to be held at Waco High School on December 10^th, 2022. We will offer all traditional UIL speaking events (CX debate, LD debate, Persuasive, Information, Prose and Poetry. These tournaments are intended for schools or teams that prefer "UIL style" forensics. In addition, we will be offering duet acting. Students will be allowed to cross-enter.

Judge Fees

All missing judge fees are $150

1 judge for every 2 entries or less for CX

1 judge for every 4 entries or less for LD

1 judge for every 6 entries or less for Interp

1 judge for every 6 entries or less for Extemp

TOPICS

CX Debate: Policy debate will use the 2022 - 2023 topic.

Resolved: The United States federal government should substantially increase its security cooperation with the North Atlantic Treaty Organization in one or more of the following areas: artificial intelligence, biotechnology, cybersecurity.

LD Debate: LD Debate will use the UIL Fall 2022 topic.
