This is an online, novice tournament, with modified speech times. Registration is open to schools in the KS Flint Hills District. We will be debating from the Novice Packet. Schools are obligated to provide 1 judge for every two teams. Judges may be adults or students with debate experience who are not novices.

The format will be the same as a typical policy debate round, with the following adjustments

All CX - 2
