## Halloween!

This tournament is CBSR's Halloween tournament! Costumes are encouraged. There will be a costume contest.

## Parli

This tournament will NOT offer a Parli Prep room. We WILL use colored paper for prep. Competitors should expect to prep outside or near classrooms. Colored paper and topic announcements will be located in front of the Cafeteria under the overhang. The Parli Topic Document is available here.
