The Martin UIL Speech and Debate Team cordially invites your school’s teams to our very first UIL Invitational. Our meet will include LD, Prose, Poetry, Informative and Persuasive.
Entry Deadline
March 20th, 2024
Fees
LD: $20 per entry
Prose/Poetry: $20 per entry
Informative/Persuasive Extemp: $20 per entry
Judge Fees:
LD: $150 for every four entries or portion thereof
Prose/Poetry: $150 for every eight entries or portion thereof
Informative/Persuasive Extemp: $150 for every eight entries or portion thereof
Awards
Awards will be given to the top six individuals and the first place team in each event.
Plaques will also be given to the top three scoring schools.
Hospitality and Concessions
Hospitality for coaches and judges will be provided and the room will be announced at
registration with the list of contest rooms. We will also have concessions for students at
this meet.
