Hello NYCUDL District Coaches!

We welcome you to the NYCUDL’s take over of the Hayden Planetarium! Please see below for important information regarding registration and qualifying for the event!

Qualifying Students:

• School filled out initial interest google form
• Student attended district tournament #1
• Student filled out a NYCUDL permission slip (https://debate.nyc/permission-slips/)

Registration:

• Students:

Please register each student individually as you would normally do for a tournament. Please put them in the category that most aligns with their shirt size.

After students are registered, they will be automatically put on the waitlist. NYCUDL staff will take them off the waitlist after confirming that they have submitted a permission slip and attended tournament #1 this year.

• Adult Chaperones:

Please register all adult chaperones attending as judges in tabroom. In the notes please list their shirt size.
