PILOT PROGRAM FOR HIRING DEBATE JUDGES

Thanks to James Zucker, our Treasurer, we are trying a program where we can hire judges for schools and have you pay WBFL instead. (This helps schools who are desperate for judges; for schools that have hired judges, it can help you with red tape by having WBFL hire them/and it can help keep them free of conflicts.)

1. If you know individuals who are available to be hired as a debate judge, please have them sign up on tabroom.com.
2. If you need a hired judge, let Victor know and we'll let you know if one is available. If they are not, you are still responsible for finding judges or your entry.
3. If one is available, you must pay WBFL $150 for the judge before they count towards your entry. So this must be paid ASAP before or first thing at the tournament.

Anyone offering to be a hired judge must have a tabroom account. From that account, they can signup by going to this tournament, clicking "Website" and then the "Judge Signup" tab. If you need judges, request it from Victor/James. If the judge request is not confirmed, though, then you still have to find judges.

IMPORTANT--THIS IS AN IN-PERSON TOURNAMENT AT CULVER CITY HIGH SCHOOL, CALIFORNIA. SO THERE WILL BE NO VIRTUAL HIRES.
