Why am I still on the waitlist?

No entry will be let off of the waitlist until names and judging have been entered.

Initially, each school will be allotted 4 Varsity entries off of the waitlist. This is to ensure we do not prematurely hit our room limit.

Two weeks from the tournament, we will begin admitting further entries off of the waitlist in waves, including Novice entries. We will let off each school's 5th-6th Varsity entry or 1st-2nd Novice entry at the same time.

Finally, the Monday before the tournament we will admit any leftover entries on a first come first serve basis (based on the date the entry was entered) until we hit our room maximum.

Please also note the updated requirement for novice judge coverage this year: "The first three rounds of your novice judging commitment must be filled by Varsity-eligible judging". As such, once we begin to admit novice entries off of the waitlist, this requirement MUST be met for you to receive ANY novice entries at the tournament, even if you have provided a surplus of HS student judges.
