World Schools Motions and Change to RR Format

The world schools motions for the tournament will be:

Round 1 and Round 2 (Prepared):THR the scaling back of the Dodd-Frank Act.

Round 5 (Prepared):THS solar geoengineering or Solar Radiation modification (SRM) to cool the planet.

All other worlds rounds will be impromptu.

Based on projected entry size, we will be moving to a round robin format. The schedule will be edited to reflect this change once final entry numbers and clear.
