Durham Academy has a variety of single-stall, all gender restrooms on campus.

Lower School:
- Next to the Nurses Station next to Room 103
- Next to Speech Tab (Room 221A)

Middle School:
- 2nd Floor Gateway Center close to Room 1232
- 1st Floor Gateway Center close to Room 1103
- Arts & World Languages in the hallway on the side of Horton Hall

Upper School:
- Learning Commons across from Room 309
- 1st Floor of STEM/Humanities by Room 4109
- 2nd Floor of STEM/Humanities by Room 4209
