Debate Schedule

Pairings are released at the beginning of each day. It will be set to a flip to sides for every debate. We expect you generally to be willing to swap to a different side or debate style as negotiated with your opponent. Just email phopsdebate@gmail.com and we will flip the sides on the computer.

Obviously, most events are shorter than policy. The tournament plans to release pairings as early as possible. We will buy NSDA campus rooms. I will collect coach's contact info and make it available in the shared availability spreadsheet.

Want your debate to start earlier/later? Create an email chain with the contact info of your opponent and assigned judge and the coaches of the two schools and work it out. The NSDA Campus rooms will be available during that 3-hour time slot for each debate. the default assumption is that debates will occur at the assigned Start Time unless otherwise negotiated amongst the participants.

Remember that we are working around MANY students and judges' summer work/class/internship/camps etc schedules. Obviously, we could get more PF/LD/BQ/WS rounds done in less time, but those time blocks allow those with differing availability to still get a few rounds in.

World Schools - I assume you are only debating the preprepared motions. I am open to mutually agreed upon suggestions.
