Join Illinois State Speech & Debate!

Illinois State University's Summer Speech and Debate Institute will run July 21 - 28 in-person on the campus of Illinois State.
The Debate institute offers Lincoln-Douglas, Policy, and Public Forum with a focus on tailoring lessons and goals to each student. All debate students will leave camp with an evidence packet for their upcoming resolution(s) and will participate in a number of practice drills and rounds.
The Speech institute offers instruction in all state and national events.
The SSDI synthesizes the skills and theory necessary to train novices and experienced students to excel in any competition. Every participant gets to work with an experienced instructor and maintains an instructor to student ratio of 1:4.

Enrollment deadline is June 30. Scholarships are available. Discounts are applied for teams who send 5 or more students.
