Novice Packet Materials

This year we will again be mandating the use of the NDCA novice packet (endorsed by the Kansas Speech Communication Association) at the Washburn Rural tournament. If you are not using these files, your team may still debate, but they will forfeit all of their rounds and not be eligible for awards.
