Fees

I have done my best to keep hospitality fees low. There is no school fee or separate food fee. Thanks to the support of our administration, we do not need to make a profit on the tournament, but we do prefer the tournament to break even. Last year it did not, so we have a small increase. The entry cost is used to cover food (2 meals and a light breakfast Sunday), tournament awards, security and janitorial services.

Varsity Policy: $120 per entry

Novice Policy: $120 per entry

Varsity LD: $60 per entry

Judge Fees: We want you to fulfill your judge obligation, I cannot guarantee hired judges. Missing judge/hired judge fees are significant. We will be seeking out qualified hired judges. If any of the coaches or judges entered in the tournament have extra rounds, the tournament would be happy to buy those rounds from you. Email me if you are interested in selling rounds to the tournament or if your school needs to hire a judge.
