10. Best Practices for Online Competition

We recommend consulting the National Speech and Debate Association’s online competitor tips to ensure your squad is prepared for online competition.

Additionally, we will have the following expectations during our tournament:

• All participants in a round (judges and competitors) are expected to have their video on at all times

• When not speaking, your microphone should be muted

• All participants in the round should arrive promptly to the round at the check-in time
