02. Getting Off the Waitlist

Registering on tabroom does not guarantee your spot in the tournament. All entries will initially be put on a waitlist. To get off that waitlist and confirm your entry, the following items must be completed:

1. Register your entries on tabroom. Schools will be limited to 4 entries per event initially, but you may register more. Coaches should indicate a priority list for their entries. As space permits, more than four entries will be allowed off the waitlist for a school.

2. Upload the school permission form signed by a school administrator on official letterhead. The document can be found on tabroom and uploaded through your registration page.

3. Pay the tournament entry fees you owe. Payment details can be found in the Payment section of the tournament invitation.
