We offer this free coaching service to help you get high quality instruction from top-notch coaches on a regular basis.

Here's how you can expect extemp coaching to work. - In the week before the session, a Google form will be sent out for you to submit a video of you doing a practice question. - The coach will pick one practice question to review with the lab during the session. They will brainstorm crossfire questions and potential areas of improvement. - The coach will then give their comments and use it to transition to a broader lesson. - Applying the areas of the lesson, over the next week the group will submit new videos of practice questions, and repeat the cycle. - Over the course of the term of coaching, all of the members of the lab will get to have a practice question directly reviewed by the coach in front of the lab.
