Extemp Debate

Extemporaneous Debate:

· This is a supplemental event offered at the National Speech and Debate Association National Tournament. The Hurricane Tournament is likely the only chance you will have this year to compete before nationals.

· At the national tournament, resolutions are released 30 minutes before the round. Rounds one and four will be posted at the tournament. Rounds two are three are provided here in advance.

Round 3: Third party candidates have a negative effect on American Presidential elections.
