Grayslake North High School cordially invites you and your Congressional debaters to the ICDA Student Congress Invitational on Saturday, September 21, 2024.

Parking: Enter the Grayslake North campus from IL Route 83 – you will see the main entrance to the school. Students should be dropped off in front of the building at the main entrance by the flagpole. We will provide assistance here, and registration will be near the front door.

Levels: At ICD1, we are inviting up to 45 varsity debaters per school plus an unlimited number of novice debaters for each school.

Legislation: Legislation for ICDA1 can be found on the ICDA website.

Pizza: Pizza is available for purchase one week in advance. Orders are due the same day as registration. $16/$18 per pizza.

Entry Deadline: After completing the registration online, you may bring your check directly to Grayslake North High School. If mailing ahead of time, please use this mail address:

Registration – 7:00-8:00 am

Judge meeting/Committees – 8:00-8:15 am

Round 1 – 8:15-10:30 am

Round 2 – 11:00-1:15 pm

Lunch – 1:15-2:00 pm

Round 3 – 2:00-4:15 pm

Awards ~ 5:30 pm

Judging: Each team is required to bring one judge for every nine entries.
