This tournament will be held at Charles Colgan High School, 13833 Dumfries Rd., Manassas, VA 20112. Schools must be WACFL members to participate. Coaches, please review the deadlines on the right side of this page.

In Lincoln-Douglas, WACFL does not use the NSDA Novice topic. All students in all divisions will debate Resolved: The United States ought to require that workers receive a living wage.

In Student Congress, schools must submit one piece of legislation for every two students. When schools register more than two students, the school needs to have submissions from each topic area. Here are the Congress topics for this tournament.
