Sundance is a Level 3 District

Fees

$25/Day for School Entry

$5/Entry/Person

Eligibility:

School must have their dues paid

Students must have 25 points, membership paid, and email attached to the NSDA account.

Important Dates

**Registration opens 30 days before each specific part of the tournament.**

Congress Legislation submitted to Sundance committee by January 29, 2024

Congress Docket Released February 3, 2025.

Speech/BQ at Hunter High School Feb 8, 2025

Congress at Salem Hills HS Feb 28, 2025

Debate at Payson HS March 1, 2025

Last Chance Qualifier in April

Districts Entry:

Teams are limited in their entry levels based on their membership/strength.

Double entry Allowed:

1 Debate, 1 Speech

2 Speech

May Triple enter if in Congress (Congress must be the third event)

Everyone may do BQ no matter what other events they do.

Nominate Individuals for Awards through the NSDA Form

2 World Schools Teams (3-5 individuals–from different schools combined–Applications will be available starting in February)

Students must confirm going to Nationals or Not by April so that alternates can plan and prepare.
